I-8 / College Avenue subdivision review

The City of San Diego Development Services Department has completed the initial review of a College Avenue project described as:

A Site Development Permit and Tentative Map for the subdivision of one existing vacant parcel into 26 single family residential lots and four homeowner association lots within environmentally sensitive lands located at the northeast corner of Interstate 8 and College Avenue in the Navajo Community Plan area within Council District 7.

San Carlos Rec Center: Notice of right to appeal environmental determination

The City of San Diego Development Services Department has issued a Notice of Right to Appeal Environmental Determination for the proposed San Carlos Rec Center conditional use permit. The project by T-Mobile would install new 70 foot light standards and an above-ground equipment enclosure at 6445 Lake Badin Avenue.
